One of the most effective sales tools used online today is video. PetBehave offers four (4) video productions and two (2) product tours that may be used on your website to promote sales.

We make these videos and product tours available to our vendor partners at no charge in a variety of formats for download. We also provide embed codes for quick and easy insertion into any website. Use of our videos on your site can be accomplished by employing one of two options.

1. Download video FLV, MP4, or WVM files for use in your site players.

2. Copy and paste embed codes for Flash, Quicktime or Windows Media players.

Our online shopping cart accepts payment using a PayPal account or major credit card. With prior approval, vendors may also order online and be invoiced for goods received. Simply click the "invoice payment" option during checkout.

Many of our vendors need to ship to more than one location when ordering PetBehave products. Up to five (5) addresses may be entered into your account profile for shipping to multiple locations. To enter new locations, log in to your account and edit the "address book" by adding new addresses. When ordering products, indicate the location during checkout. Complete a separate order for shipment to each different location.

The username for your account is the email address used when creating the account. If your email address should change for any reason, please log into your account, edit your account settings to reflect the new email address.

If you have forgotten your password then please visit our lost password page and input the Email Address you used to register your account. A new password will be sent to your email address associated with the account so you may log in. Once logged in, you may change the system-generated password to something easier to remember.
